1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Pen Mark (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

2. App Functionality

This App provides local configuration tools for iPad stylus pens. No user account is required, no personal data is collected, and all operations are performed locally on your device.

3. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, modify, or decompile the App;
• Use the App for illegal purposes or to disrupt other devices.

4. Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as is" with no guarantee of compatibility with all stylus models;
• Developer shall not be liable for device damage or data loss arising from App usage;
• The App requires no internet connection and stores no data - settings depend on device hardware capabilities.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, interface designs, and trademarks are owned by the developer. Commercial use without permission is prohibited.

6. Modifications

Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms. Updated versions become effective upon publication on the App Store page.
